PATRICK GUTHRIE
Founder and Principal
Pat has been establishing, driving and delivering change programs for over 25 years. He has worked with clients in the public and private sector across a range of industries including emergency management, utilities, telcos, local government, banking and insurance.
A keen reader and writer Pat regularly publishes papers on topical issues and likes to reference a diversity of sources from Dylan Thomas poetry to Buddhist literature. Pat is a qualified, accredited project manager.
LIZA CHRISTENSEN
Co-Founder
Liza is a strategy execution professional with over 20 years’ experience leading organisational improvement and cultural alignment and working across Hospitality, Finance, Utilities, Government and Telecommunications. As a qualified facilitator of the Lego™ SeriousPlay method she believes that adults learn in many different ways and is motivated by helping people to find that magical mix of great business culture and measuring results for success.
